When ordering a Channel & North Sea pilot, as much notice as possible is appreciated.
Please send by E-mail or by Fax to our head office in Dunkerque the following information :
- Ship’s Name and Call sign
- Type of vessel and gross tonnage
- Draught
- Destination Port / Name and address of your local agent
- Boarding position or port and ETA
48 and 24 Hours prior to arrival confirm your ETA to our head office in Dunkerque
On Cherbourg Roads:
Confirm your ETA when reporting to “Jobourg traffic” then 2 hours prior to arrival call “Cherbourg Signal Station” on VHF 12.
Pilotage charges and details can be obtained on request.
